Christian Education

Christian education is at the very heart of the church. Christian Education addresses the whole human being; body, spirit and mind and involves experiences that form and transform.  In the educational process, the Spirit of God encounters people of all ages so that they are nurtured in faith, grow in knowledge and experience and are inspired and empowered to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. This call to discipleship compels us to share our faith and serve other in the home, the community and in God’s world.

The Christian Education program of the CDC is central to all philosophies, frameworks, structures and systems implemented by the CDC family.  Integrated into all daily activities and orchestrated with the Character Education and classroom management programs, prayer, conversations, references to Bible characters, stories, lessons, values and examples of daily living that is Christian is enhanced by weekly Chapel services and monthly service projects.  (Doctrinal beliefs are not taught).
